(800-900 gr.)<br \/>\n\u2022 Usturoi -1 c\u0103p\u0103\u0163\u00e2n\u0103.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maionez\u0103 40% &#8211; 250 gr.<br \/>\n\u2022 P\u0103trunjel.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bere blond\u0103 &#8211; 1 sticl\u0103.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ceap\u0103 &#8211; 2-4 buc\u0103\u0163i<br \/>\n\u2022 Morcov &#8211; 2-3 buc\u0103\u0163i<br \/>\n\u2022 Condimente (sare, piper &#8211; dup\u0103 gust)<br \/>\n\u2022 Past\u0103 de tomate &#8211; 2 linguri sau ro\u015fii proaspete \u2013 2-3 buc\u0103\u0163i.<\/p>\n<p>Se prepar\u0103m carnea. Carnea se spal\u0103 \u015fi se taie \u00een buc\u0103\u0163i. Frec\u0103m buc\u0103\u0163ile de carne cu usturoi pisat, sare, \u015fi piper (dup\u0103 gust), apoi ungem carnea de iepure cu maionez\u0103 \u015fi o l\u0103s\u0103m la marinat timp de 1-1,5 ore.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen timp ce carnea se marineaz\u0103, t\u0103iem m\u0103run\u0163el ceapa \u015fi radem morcovii pe r\u0103z\u0103toare. C\u00e2nd carnea s-a marinat, o punem \u00eentr-un cazan fierbinte sau tigaie ad\u00e2nc\u0103 \u015fi pr\u0103jim 5-10 min. Ad\u0103ug\u0103m ceapa \u015fi morcovul \u015fi mai pr\u0103jim pu\u0163in timp. Apoi se toarn\u0103 berea, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t carnea s\u0103 fie acoperit\u0103, \u015fi \u00een\u0103bu\u015fim iepurele pe foc mic aproximativ 1,5- 2 ore, uneori amestec\u00e2nd. \u00cenainte de a fi aproape preg\u0103tit\u0103, ad\u0103ug\u0103m la aceasta c\u00e2teva linguri de past\u0103 de tomate sau c\u00e2teva ro\u015fii proaspete, pres\u0103r\u0103m cu p\u0103trunjel \u015fi m\u0103rar, de asemenea putem ad\u0103uga \u015fi ceap\u0103 verde. &#8222;Iepure beat&#8221; este preg\u0103tit!!! Se serve\u015fte cu o varietate de garnituri, dar cel mai bine s-ar potrivi piureul de cartofi sau hri\u015fca.
