Prima reac\u021bie este s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m vinova\u021bi: \u201emarketingul aduce lead-uri gre\u0219ite\u201d, \u201emanagerii nu \u0219tiu s\u0103 v\u00e2nd\u0103\u201d, \u201eclien\u021bii au devenit mai dificili\u201d.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"897\">\u00cenainte de a lua decizii radicale, merit\u0103 s\u0103 r\u0103spunde\u021bi la o \u00eentrebare simpl\u0103: <strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"833\">\u00een ce etap\u0103 a p\u00e2lniei pierde\u021bi, de fapt, clien\u021bii<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"837\" \/>F\u0103r\u0103 un diagnostic onest, orice solu\u021bie va fi \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"968\"><strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"968\">Simptome: cum arat\u0103 situa\u021bia \u201elead-uri sunt, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri nu\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1024\">Dac\u0103 descriem pe scurt tabloul tipic, el arat\u0103 astfel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">num\u0103rul de lead-uri nu scade, uneori chiar cre\u0219te, dar veniturile r\u0103m\u00e2n la acela\u0219i nivel;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">managerii spun c\u0103 \u201elead-urile sunt reci, necalificate, f\u0103r\u0103 buget\u201d;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">marketingul prezint\u0103 rapoarte: cereri exist\u0103, CPL este acceptabil, traficul vine;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">\u00een CRM sunt multe contacte, dar etapa \u201etranzac\u021bie \u00eenchis\u0103\u201d este slab reprezentat\u0103;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">p\u00e2lnia este analizat\u0103 rar sau deloc pe etape;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1466\">nimeni nu poate explica exact de ce clientul \u201es-a r\u0103zg\u00e2ndit\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1583\">Dac\u0103 recunoa\u0219te\u021bi aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, problema nu este pia\u021ba, ci <strong data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1582\">ruptura dintre generarea de lead-uri \u0219i v\u00e2nz\u0103ri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1632\"><strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1632\">Unde se pierd, de obicei, clien\u021bii<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1783\">Un lead poate fi pierdut \u00een orice etap\u0103 a p\u00e2lniei. Pe pie\u021bele aglomerate c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 nu cel cu scriptul cel mai sofisticat, ci cel care reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 mai rapid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2272\"><strong data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2043\">Primul contact<\/strong><br data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2046\" \/>Managerul sun\u0103 obosit, pune c\u00e2teva \u00eentreb\u0103ri formale \u0219i trece imediat la prezentare. Clientul nu simte interes pentru situa\u021bia sa, ci doar dorin\u021ba de a \u201evinde ceva\u201d. Nu refuz\u0103 direct, dar spune c\u0103 \u201ese mai g\u00e2nde\u0219te\u201d \u0219i dispare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2564\"><strong data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2298\">Prezentarea solu\u021biei<\/strong><br data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2301\" \/>O gre\u0219eal\u0103 frecvent\u0103 este prezentarea produsului, nu a solu\u021biei. Cu c\u00e2t produsul este mai complex, cu at\u00e2t managerii vorbesc mai mult despre caracteristici \u0219i mai pu\u021bin despre valoare. Clientul ascult\u0103, d\u0103 din cap, dar nu \u00een\u021belege de ce are nevoie de acest lucru.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2796\"><strong data-start=\"2566\" data-end=\"2590\">Lucrul cu obiec\u021biile<\/strong><br data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2593\" \/>Managerul fie intr\u0103 \u00een contradic\u021bie, fie renun\u021b\u0103 rapid. Formula \u201eg\u00e2ndi\u021bi-v\u0103 \u0219i reveni\u021bi\u201d \u00een 90% din cazuri \u00eenseamn\u0103: \u201enu \u0219tiu cum s\u0103 continui acest dialog\u201d. Lead-ul se dizolv\u0103 pur \u0219i simplu \u00een CRM.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3206\">Important: fiecare companie are propriul \u201eg\u00e2t de sticl\u0103\u201d. Pentru unii este viteza de reac\u021bie, pentru al\u021bii lipsa follow-up-ului, pentru al\u021bii \u2014 haosul din CRM.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3213\" data-end=\"3285\"><strong data-start=\"3217\" data-end=\"3285\">Marketing, v\u00e2nz\u0103ri sau management: cine este de fapt responsabil<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3287\" data-end=\"3569\">Este foarte comod s\u0103 pui totul pe seama \u201elead-urilor proaste\u201d. Uneori este adev\u0103rat: dac\u0103 targetarea este gre\u0219it\u0103, promisiunile din reclam\u0103 nu corespund ofertei reale, v\u00e2nz\u0103rile nu pot fi bune.<br \/>\n<br data-start=\"3480\" data-end=\"3483\" \/>Dar de multe ori marketingul livreaz\u0103 un flux normal, iar problema este \u00een alt\u0103 parte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3571\" data-end=\"3607\"><strong data-start=\"3571\" data-end=\"3607\">C\u00e2nd problema este \u00een marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3778\">lead-urile nu apar\u021bin publicului vostru \u021bint\u0103;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3778\">vin oameni pentru care produsul nu este potrivit ca buget sau format;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3778\">mesajele din reclam\u0103 nu coincid cu oferta real\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3814\"><strong data-start=\"3780\" data-end=\"3814\">C\u00e2nd problema este \u00een v\u00e2nz\u0103ri:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4063\">cererile sunt procesate cu \u00eent\u00e2rzieri mari;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4063\">nu exist\u0103 un standard unic de prim contact;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4063\">p\u00e2lnia din CRM este \u0445\u0430otic\u0103, tranzac\u021biile \u201esar\u201d \u00eentre etape;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4063\">managerii nu conduc clientul prin pa\u0219i clari;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3816\" data-end=\"4063\">nu exist\u0103 analiz\u0103 a apelurilor \u0219i instruire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4114\"><strong data-start=\"4065\" data-end=\"4114\">C\u00e2nd r\u0103d\u0103cina este \u00een sistemul de management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4379\">nu exist\u0103 KPI clari pentru conversii \u0219i timpi de reac\u021bie;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4379\">nimeni nu este responsabil personal de p\u00e2lnie;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4379\">CRM este implementat formal, dar nu folosit ca instrument de management;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4116\" data-end=\"4379\">nu exist\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lniri regulate \u00een care se discut\u0103 nu doar cifrele, ci \u0219i cauzele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4381\" data-end=\"4481\">\u00cen practic\u0103, cel mai des nu \u201ecade\u201d un om, ci <strong data-start=\"4426\" data-end=\"4480\">o zon\u0103 a sistemului pentru care nimeni nu r\u0103spunde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4488\" data-end=\"4539\"><strong data-start=\"4492\" data-end=\"4539\">Cum s\u0103 diagnostica\u021bi unde pierde\u021bi clien\u021bii<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4541\" data-end=\"4627\">Nu sunt necesare instrumente complexe \u2014 doar o analiz\u0103 atent\u0103 a datelor \u0219i proceselor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4629\" data-end=\"4701\"><strong data-start=\"4629\" data-end=\"4661\">1. Verifica\u021bi viteza de reac\u021bie<\/strong><br data-start=\"4913\" data-end=\"4916\" \/>Lua\u021bi cererile din ultima s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i analiza\u021bi timpul real de contact. Diferen\u021ba dintre \u201eregulament\u201d \u0219i datele reale din CRM este adesea mare.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5062\" data-end=\"5240\"><strong data-start=\"5062\" data-end=\"5096\">3. Asculta\u021bi comunicarea real\u0103<\/strong><br data-start=\"5096\" data-end=\"5099\" \/>Nu cele mai bune apeluri selectate de manageri, ci conversa\u021bii aleatorii. La fel \u0219i mesajele scrise. Dup\u0103 10 contacte, imaginea devine clar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5242\" data-end=\"5403\"><strong data-start=\"5242\" data-end=\"5282\">4. Analiza\u021bi 3\u20135 tranzac\u021bii pierdute<\/strong><br data-start=\"5282\" data-end=\"5285\" \/>De ce clientul nu a cump\u0103rat? \u00cen ce etap\u0103 s-a \u201er\u0103cit\u201d? \u00centreba\u021bi nu doar managerul, ci \u0219i clientul, dac\u0103 este posibil.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5405\" data-end=\"5569\"><strong data-start=\"5405\" data-end=\"5460\">5. Alinia\u021bi a\u0219tept\u0103rile marketingului \u0219i v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor<\/strong><br data-start=\"5460\" data-end=\"5463\" \/>Deseori cele dou\u0103 echipe au portrete diferite ale clientului \u201eideal\u201d. Aceste diferen\u021be trebuie armonizate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5571\" data-end=\"5755\"><strong data-start=\"5571\" data-end=\"5626\">6. Privirea asupra CRM ca manager, nu ca utilizator<\/strong><br data-start=\"5626\" data-end=\"5629\" \/>Exist\u0103 tranzac\u021bii f\u0103r\u0103 etap\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 urm\u0103tor pas, f\u0103r\u0103 responsabil? C\u00e2te lead-uri stau f\u0103r\u0103 mi\u0219care? Acestea sunt bani pierdu\u021bi.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"5762\" data-end=\"5820\"><strong data-start=\"5766\" data-end=\"5820\">Ce este de f\u0103cut: plan de ac\u021biune pe trei niveluri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4 data-start=\"5822\" data-end=\"5872\"><strong data-start=\"5827\" data-end=\"5872\">Nivelul 1.
