La \u0219edin\u021b\u0103, echipa d\u0103 din cap \u0219i spune: \u201eDa, este necesar\u201d. Frica de pierderi<\/strong><br data-start=\"2128\" data-end=\"2131\" \/>Orice schimbare \u00eenseamn\u0103 nu doar oportunit\u0103\u021bi, ci \u0219i pierderi. Lipsa sensului<\/strong><br data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3038\" \/>\u201eA\u0219a trebuie pentru companie\u201d este prea abstract.
