La un moment dat, v\u00e2nz\u0103rile nu mai sunt transparente, clien\u021bii se pierd, iar managerul nu mai \u00een\u021belege ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1185\">CRM-ul este perceput adesea ca \u201e\u00eenc\u0103 un program \u00een locul tabelelor\u201d. \u00cen realitate, este o logic\u0103 diferit\u0103 de gestionare a v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor.
