Moldova \u00ee\u0219i schimb\u0103 abordarea privind monitorizarea polu\u0103rii industriale, apropiind-o treptat de standardele de mediu ale Uniunii Europene. Registrul na\u021bional al emisiilor \u0219i transferului de poluan\u021bi urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie modernizat, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t sistemul s\u0103 devin\u0103 mai detaliat, mai tehnologizat \u0219i mai transparent pentru public.<\/p>\n

\u00cen spatele acestei actualiz\u0103ri tehnice se afl\u0103 un obiectiv mai amplu \u2014 trecerea de la o eviden\u021b\u0103 formal\u0103 a emisiilor la un sistem care permite evaluarea impactului real asupra mediului al \u00eentreprinderilor \u0219i instala\u021biilor industriale.<\/p>\n

De la eviden\u021ba general\u0103 la date pentru fiecare instala\u021bie<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Noul sistem urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 asigure colectarea informa\u021biilor la nivelul fiec\u0103rei instala\u021bii industriale. Acest lucru va permite identificarea mai exact\u0103 a surselor de poluare \u0219i a volumelor de emisii, precum \u0219i compararea indicatorilor diferitelor \u00eentreprinderi.<\/p>\n

\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie extins\u0103 lista substan\u021belor poluante monitorizate, iar datele vor deveni mai accesibile publicului. Actualizarea software-ului \u0219i a infrastructurii de servere ar trebui s\u0103 sporeasc\u0103 fiabilitatea sistemului \u0219i nivelul de securitate cibernetic\u0103.<\/p>\n

Acest lucru este important nu doar pentru autorit\u0103\u021bi. Cu c\u00e2t datele de mediu sunt mai detaliate \u0219i mai transparente, cu at\u00e2t este mai u\u0219or s\u0103 fie evaluate riscurile pentru popula\u021bie, identificate cele mai problematice activit\u0103\u021bi industriale \u0219i monitorizat\u0103 respectarea cerin\u021belor de protec\u021bie a mediului.<\/p>\n

Cine va fi vizat de noile reguli<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Sistemul va acoperi un spectru larg de domenii \u2014 de la termoenergie, metalurgie \u0219i produc\u021bia de ciment p\u00e2n\u0103 la industria chimic\u0103, gestionarea de\u0219eurilor \u0219i sectorul agroindustrial.<\/p>\n

Vor fi monitorizate separat \u0219i \u00eentreprinderile din industria extractiv\u0103 \u0219i carierele de mari dimensiuni, sta\u021biile de epurare, precum \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bile de acvacultur\u0103 industrial\u0103.<\/p>\n

\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, raportarea de mediu va deveni mai ampl\u0103: pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 datele privind emisiile, urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie monitorizat \u0219i consumul de ap\u0103, energie \u0219i materii prime. O asemenea abordare permite evaluarea nu doar a unei anumite emisii, ci a impactului general al activit\u0103\u021bii industriale asupra mediului.<\/p>\n

De ce este important pentru integrarea european\u0103<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Modernizarea registrului este legat\u0103 de alinierea legisla\u021biei Republicii Moldova la Regulamentul UE 2024\/1244<\/strong>, care introduce o abordare mai modern\u0103 privind colectarea \u0219i publicarea datelor despre emisiile industriale.<\/p>\n

Pentru Moldova, acesta este un nou pas \u00een procesul de integrare european\u0103 \u00een domeniul protec\u021biei mediului. Modelul european presupune c\u0103 informa\u021biile privind poluarea nu trebuie doar colectate de autorit\u0103\u021bi, ci \u0219i puse la dispozi\u021bia publicului \u00eentr-o form\u0103 clar\u0103 \u0219i comparabil\u0103.<\/p>\n
