M\u0103sura se va aplica \u00een cazul \u00een care deplasarea presupune traversarea a cel pu\u021bin trei fusuri orare \u0219i\/sau condi\u021bii climatice semnificativ diferite. \u00cen aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, statul va putea acoperi cheltuielile pentru transport, cazare \u0219i alimenta\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, va fi posibil\u0103 implicarea <strong>personalului auxiliar<\/strong> pentru preg\u0103tirea \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urarea unor competi\u021bii sportive.<\/p>\n<p>Totodat\u0103, rezultatele ob\u021binute \u00een <strong>probele neolimpice<\/strong>, precum \u0219i premiile acordate antrenorilor sportivilor care particip\u0103 la aceste discipline, vor fi excluse din sistemul de premiere finan\u021bat de la bugetul de stat.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerul Educa\u021biei \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii explic\u0103 aceast\u0103 decizie prin faptul c\u0103 probele neolimpice nu beneficiaz\u0103 de recunoa\u0219terea oficial\u0103 a Comitetului Interna\u021bional Olimpic, iar federa\u021biile interna\u021bionale corespunz\u0103toare nu sunt supuse unor proceduri de control \u0219i verificare la fel de stricte.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eAceste modific\u0103ri reprezint\u0103 un pas important c\u0103tre un sistem de finan\u021bare a sportului mai clar, mai echitabil \u0219i mai orientat spre performan\u021b\u0103.
